Every woman loves the idea of having great legs. When your legs look good, you look better in shorts, swimsuits, dresses, and even jeans. The problem is, we as women are plagued with many physical problems that most men will never face.

In order to get great-looking legs, you'll want to start by firming them up. Some of the best ways to firm your legs are bike riding, walking, dancing, running and swimming. All of these exercises help work the large muscles of your legs and tone them up.

With the busy lifestyles that most of us have these days, it can be difficult at times to find time to exercise. Here are some solutions that you can try to fit into your schedule to keep your legs in shape:

  1. Consider getting a portable exercise bike. What I'm talking about is the kind that just has the pedals. You know, the kind that you can sit on the couch, put it in front of you and start pedaling. You could even put this under your desk and exercise while you're working.
  2. If it's possible and safe, why not park your car a couple of blocks from work and walk the rest of the way? Once you get to work, take the stairs instead of the elevator. This is an easy way to get extra exercise without having to spend more than a few extra minutes a day.
  3. Finally, if you don't have time to go to the gym because you're spending time with your children at night, why not try turning on some music and dancing with them? Is there such a thing as a child that doesn't love dancing with their parents? It's truly a situation where everybody wins – you can combine getting exercise and quality time with your children.
